I am a Harlequin/HarperCollins/WSJ customer and I am having difficulty logging into my account

At the login screen, select “log in with other” and then select the relevant option.

I made a mistake and redeemed the wrong ebook, can I change it now?

Unfortunately, once the ebook is redeemed, it’s not possible to change it.

Missing purchases from Churchsource, FaithGateway, and HarperCollins Leadership

If you bought a book from Churchsource or FaithGateway, you should have received an email from us—simply click the link in there to set up your account. If you didn't receive the email, go to Glose and select "Login with email" and then select "forgot password". You can then set up your account.

For HarperCollins Leadership purchases, select Sign in > Sign in with other > Sign in with HarperCollins. Enter your HarperCollins login details and your books will be there waiting for you.

This deal is limited to a selection of eBooks: this selection is made by Simon & Schuster and we have no control over its contents, nor can we give you another book as part of the deal. If you’d rather read another book, you can always check our own selection of free classics books!

If for any reason you wish to delete your Glose account or unsubscribe from Glose emails, it will have no effect on your subscription to Simon & Schuster’s newsletter. Likewise, if you unsubscribe from Simon & Schuster’s newsletter, you will keep your Glose account and may still get emails from us (depending on your subscription preferences).

I have a message saying that the offer is not available in my country. Why?

We are really sorry, but the free books offer you received is restricted to specific territories. We only distribute the books, and the publisher decides on the terms and conditions of the offer. We invite you to contact them directly to ask about the reason for this, or to get access to another offer available in your country.

We do have around 4,000 classic titles available for free in our bookstore.

I don’t like the books in the selection. Can I redeem another one?

No. The book selections are made by our partner, and we cannot change them.
